INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE APPLICATION
Before you start completing the project registration form, it is essential that you carefully read the Legal Bases of the ProFormación program.
- The form can only be submitted once and will remain open from June 12 until 6:00 PM (local time) on July 21 2023.
- If you wish to leave the form, you may do so at any time and your details will be saved automatically. You can continue completing it using the link that we will email to you.
- The non-mandatory sections of the form will be indicated as: "optional".
Prepare the PDF documents you will need in advance in an electronic folder:
1. Cover letter signed and dated in accordance with the model that you can download here.
2. Copy of the DNI or NIF, if you are minor or still dependent, a copy of the DNI or NIF of your parents or guardians is necessary.
3. Certificate or document accrediting that the student is enrolled or pre-enrolled in the Basic, Middle or Higher Vocational Training center for the 2023/24 academic year.
4. Last income tax return of the application or, if you do not file a return, the income tax return of your family unit.
If you are a minor, you must also provide:
5. A photocopy of the family book or documentation of guardianship of the minor.
6. A copy of your DNI or NIF that must be included in a single document, together with the ID of your parents or legal guardians.
In addition, if you fall under any of the following circumstances, you must submit this additional documentation:
1. If you are in a large or single-parent families, proof of being a large or single-parent family.
2. If you or your parents or guardians are unemployed, a certificate attesting to the unemployment situation.
3. If you have a recognized degree of disability or dependency, you must indicate it in the application and if he/she is finally selected, he/she must provide the certificate accrediting such disability or dependency at the time the scholarship is awarded.
4. If you have special educational needs, you must indicate this in the application and if you are ultimately selected, you must provide the report accrediting this at the time the scholarship is awarded.
