In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, with special attention to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter, "GDPR") and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, "LOPDGDD") we inform the User that their personal data will be processed as follows:

2. WHAT DATA IS PROCESSED, FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT BASIS OF LEGITIMACY?
The personal data provided through the website will be incorporated into the register of processing activities owned by FUNDACION MOEVE for the following purposes:
- 1. To manage the Users of the Website.
- Purpose: to manage the Client's data as a user of the website.
- Type of data: identification and contact data.
- Basis of legitimacy: art. 6.1.b) of GDPR - Contractual execution and establishment of pre-contractual measures.
- 2. To facilitate participation in the activities, acts and events that are organised.
- Purpose: to manage the participation of interested parties in the activities, acts and events that are organised.
- Type of data: identification and contact data or any other information necessary for the activity in question.
- Basis of legitimacy: art. 6.1.a) or 6.1.b) of GDPR – as indicated in each of the personal data collection forms used by FUNDACIÓN MOEVE by physical or electronic means.
- 3. Dissemination of the activities, acts and events that are organised:
- Purpose: dissemination of activities, acts and events in the corporate media of the Moeve Foundation, as well as in the platforms, channels and social networks in which the Moeve Foundation has a page or profile of ownership.
- Type of data: identification, contact, image and voice data.
- Basis of legitimacy: art. 6.1.a) of GDPR, consent of the interested party.
- 4. Providing the requested information, either via the web, by e-mail or by telephone.
- Purpose: To attend to and manage requests for information, services or products made by the interested party, whether by electronic, telephone or postal means.
- Type of data: identification, contact, voice.
- Basis of legitimacy: art. 6.1.b) of GDPR - Contractual execution and establishment of pre-contractual measures.
- 5. Recording of calls and confirmation of e-mails.
- Purpose: To record telephone conversations made to the Customer Service Department, in order to ensure a better quality of service. Likewise, e-mails may report a confirmation of their reception and reading.
- Type of data: Identification, contact and voice data.
- Basis of legitimacy: art. 6.1.f) of GDPR - Legitimate interest of the Moeve Foundation in guaranteeing the quality of the service and resolving possible disputes. You can obtain additional information on how we have assessed our legitimate interest by contacting us at dpo@moeveglobal.com.
- 6. Implementing cookies.
- Purpose: To install those tracking systems that report on browsing habits or Cookies accepted by the interested party, as indicated in the Cookies Policy of this Website.
- Type of data: Identifying and contact data (IP address of the terminal used for connection) and browsing data collected by means of information retrieval systems (Cookies).
- Basis of legitimacy: art. 6.1.a) of GDPR consent granted by the User.
- 7. Compliance with legal obligations.
- Purpose: Fulfilment of those legal obligations applicable to the Moeve Foundation.
- Type of data: Any category of data processed in the context of the above purposes.
- Basis of legitimacy: art. 6.1 c) of GDPR - Compliance with legal obligation.
In each process where the User provides their personal data, they will be informed of the obligatory or optional nature of their completion and of the consequences of not providing them.
3. PERSONAL DATA OF THIRD PARTIES
In the event that the personal data provided belong to a third party, the User guarantees that he/she has informed said third party of this Privacy Policy and has obtained their authorisation to provide their data to Fundación Moeve for the aforementioned purposes. Likewise, the User guarantees that the data provided is accurate and up to date, being responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a consequence of the non-fulfilment of this obligation.
4. IMAGE RIGHTS
With regard to the transfer of image rights, FUNDACIÓN MOEVE will request the informed consent of the natural persons participating in its activities and will seek the consent of the natural persons, in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection and with respect for fundamental rights. The transfer shall include the right (i) To use the image of the transferor (including his/her name and voice) through its capture, reproduction and/or publication in any medium and/or support (including the website and social networks); (ii) To disseminate (which includes the right to reproduce in any support and to make available to the public), through the website the participation of the transferor in the programmed activities; (iii) The transfer of image rights shall be understood to be granted exclusively and without any time or space limitation and with the right to transfer them to Moeve, S.A. (Moeve) and other Moeve Group companies which can be consulted on the website www.moeveglobal.com.
The transfer of image rights of a minor under eighteen years of age, or a legally incapacitated person, may only be carried out by their parents, guardians or legal guardians in accordance with the law of their nationality.
5. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided will be kept for the time required to fulfil the stated purpose in each case and for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained, their deletion is not requested by the interested party and they must not be deleted because they are necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation or for the formulation, exercise and defence of claims.
At the end of the foreseen retention period (depending on the purpose), the personal data may be kept, duly blocked, during the periods of prescription of the legal actions and responsibilities that may arise, in each case, from the specific processing activity carried out, after which they will be completely deleted.
6. TRANSFERS AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
All the transfers indicated below are necessary for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes, or are carried out in compliance with a legal obligation. Personal data may be transferred to:
- If necessary, to companies of the Moeve Group which can be consulted at www.moeveglobal.com for administrative purposes and management of the relationship with the participant, based on the legitimate interest of the Moeve Foundation for this purpose. The legitimate interest for the aforementioned purpose of the communication would consist of guaranteeing a better organisation and optimisation, as well as a unified management of the resources of the business group in those cases in which, internally, it is necessary for the effective execution of the activity carried out.
- Public Administrations and the Administration of Justice.
The international transfer of participants' personal data is not envisaged. However, in the event of any international transfer, it shall be carried out in accordance with the criteria and requirements demanded by the regulations in force, by means of the adoption of appropriate legal guarantees, which may consist of the formalisation with the recipient of the data of (i) Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to legitimise the international transfer of data to third countries or (ii) in another valid legal instrument that guarantees an adequate level of protection equivalent to that of the European Economic Area.

7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Users may exercise before FUNDACIÓN MOEVE the rights of access, rectification or suppression, limitation of their processing, opposition, portability, and to oppose automated individual decisions. Likewise, they may revoke their consent in the event that they have granted it for a specific purpose, and may modify their preferences at any time.
