"The project aims to create a coffee plantation in which drying and threshing are separated from the roasting, grinding, storing and laboratory processes, meeting health standards that will allow it to be sold throughout the country and creating jobs for young people with cognitive disabilities.
Improvements in the infrastructure will make it possible to market this coffee in Colombia and triple the income, thanks to 25 people with disabilities working in different parts of the coffee process (caring for the crop, harvesting, processing, drying)."
