Fundación Moeve recently visited Prolibertas’ facilities in Algeciras, whose Seeds of Opportunity project won the 2025 Social Value Award. The initiative supports the social and workforce integration of people in vulnerable situations, especially young migrants, through personalized pathways that combine training, mentoring, and personal development. The project helps participants build professional skills in sectors with strong employment prospects, such as hospitality, while also placing sustainability at the heart of the learning process. Through practical training, efficient use of resources, and activities linked to caring for the environment, participants gain tools that support their independence, social integration, and access to new opportunities.
Through this initiative, and with the support of Fundación Moeve volunteers, Prolibertas has offered training to people in vulnerable situations in sectors with strong job prospects, while also helping them learn sustainable practices they can apply in their everyday lives.
