During the event, the attendees participated in four workshops where they worked on self-knowledge, change management and conflict resolution, in addition to discovering those talents that allow them to achieve success in their personal and professional life.

The workshop was based on training students in properly managing a networking opportunity and the ability to connect.
The “Change and Emotional Management” was the second session, also led by Rosa Rodríguez del Tronco, which served to teach guidelines based in well-being when facing a changing environment. In the third workshop, attendees learned a series of resources to discover their talents, to put into practice creative thinking oriented towards achievement and to generate innovative ideas for resolving challenges, which here was taught by Encarna Ojeda Martínez, a law graduate, coach, and entrepreneurship advisor.
The day concluded with the session “Challenge yourself with Lego”, a space to work on solving problems in a group through the use of visual, listening, and psycho-motor skills, thanks to the use of Lego pieces.
