Fundación Moeve champions inclusion, care, and dignity: three projects set to transform the lives of vulnerable people in Campo de Gibraltar

Fundación Moeve held the award ceremony for the 21st edition of its Social Value Awards today at the Alcalde Fernando Palma building (El Pósito) in San Roque, honoring the work of the three winning social initiatives.

A total of €54,500 has been allocated this year to support the development of projects that contribute to improving the well-being of socially vulnerable individuals, with a particular focus on initiatives that promote inclusion and a fair ecological transition.

The ceremony brought together representatives from the winning organizations in Campo de Gibraltar, solidarity sponsors (Moeve professionals who mentor the projects), past award winners, third-sector organizations, members of the jury, and Fundación Moeve.

The award-winning projects in Campo de Gibraltar are: Fundación Prolibertas, with its initiative, “Semillas de Oportunidad”, which focuses on improving the social and labor inclusion of vulnerable people through training and support; AFA La Línea, for its project, “Camino al Bienestar”, dedicated to providing comprehensive care for people with Alzheimer’s and support for their families, fostering more humane environments; Fegadi, with its initiative, “Aulas Inclusivas y Sostenibles”, through which it will create accessible, environmentally friendly educational spaces for people with disabilities.

Since 2005, Fundación Moeve has received 5,883 projects aimed at improving people’s lives, awarding a total of €5.63 million to 527 of these social initiatives and helping more than 114,000 people.
