Mr Carlos Morán is a Law graduate and joined Cepsa in 1991. He started his professional career in Mercados en Origen, S.A. in the HR department.
His career at Cepsa has been fully in HR from Personnel Administration to Working Relations. In 2012 he was named as HR Director, a position he still holds. He also sits on the Ethics Committee and Commission for Appointments and Retribution.
