José Moisés Martín Carretero is an economist with postgraduate studies in international economics, economic analysis and corporate finance. He has obtained the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) professional accreditation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and a diploma in Applied Corporate Sustainability from the United Nations Training Institute. He is the CEO of Red2Red Consultores.
He has been the CEO of the NGO ACSUR-Las Segovias, a member of the governing board of the NGOD Coordinating Committee and Head of the Multilateral Cooperation Department at the Spanish Cooperation Agency. A member of different committees in international organizations, he has served as a consultant in several programs at European institutions and agencies of the United Nations System. He has been an economic advisor to the South Korean Embassy in Spain.
A regular contributor to various media, he is an associate professor in the faculty of science and technology at Universidad Camilo José Cela.
In July 2020, he was appointed as a member of the Advisory Council for Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation. In March 2022, he became a member of the Advisory Board of the High Commission for Spain as an Entrepreneurial Nation, under the office of the President of the Government.
