The Fundación Cepsa has unveiled its collaboration on the Red Cross project, entitled “Promoting Academic Success”, with the donation of 11,000 euros intended to provide educational support to pupils from the Autonomous Region of Madrid with social or financial difficulties. Specifically, Fundación Cepsa’s collaboration will involve the purchase of backpacks containing a full set of educational materials plus an afternoon snack for a total of 50 pupils throughout the entire school year.

This initiative is an answer to the slogan “Now more than ever” advertised by the Spanish Red Cross. The objective of the project is to help support the education of children and prevent academic failure. Teresa Mañueco, the Director of the Fundación Cepsa, and Carlos Paya, the President of the Red Cross in the Madrid Region, have formalized the donation by signing a collaboration agreement regarding the contribution of the aforementioned resources.
